Refund Policy

Confirm your device, player app, internet connection, plan duration, number of devices, and current test availability before ordering. A test, when available, is the best time to check compatibility and playback expectations.

A refund may be considered when an order was charged more than once, activation was not supplied, or a confirmed technical problem prevents use and cannot be resolved after the customer completes reasonable troubleshooting with support.

Approval is not automatic. The amount may depend on whether access was activated, how much of the plan was used, and whether the reported issue is within booklair's reasonable control.

Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind after activation, an unsupported device or app that was not disclosed before purchase, internet or home-network problems, failure to follow setup steps, sharing beyond the plan allowance, third-party app changes, or temporary source availability differences.

Specific channel, event, league, platform, or permanent-access expectations are not guaranteed unless they were expressly confirmed in writing for the order.

Contact support@booklair.space or the WhatsApp conversation used for the order. Include the payment name, order date, plan, device, app, a clear description of the problem, and the troubleshooting already completed. Do not send full card details.

Approved refunds are returned through an available method appropriate to the original payment. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside booklair's control.

You may choose not to renew. Cancellation does not normally create a refund for time already activated or used. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so the order and technical history can be reviewed promptly.
